Cancellation and Refund Policies for Courses and Services

Write for Kids Series

The Write for Kids series is a series of three classes (delivered fall, winter, spring). Students register and pay for each session separately). Students may cancel for a full refund up to one week prior to each class starting (students must request the cancellation and refund by emailing jolie@joliestekly.com). After that, no refund is offered, as students will have access to the full course content until the next session begins.

Write Story! Right Mindset!

All sales are final once you join Write Story! Right Mindset! This course will deliver new content each week, for 8 weeks, and will also include live weekly meetings and a classroom forum for discussion. The content will be available to you for 3 additional months after the course ends.

Learn from the Best – Mentor Texts

All sales are final. Students will receive the entire course once registered and have access to it for 30 days.

Consultations

Consultations specifics are agreed upon prior to payment. If pages for review are not submitted by the agreed upon deadline, and/or the client does not show up for the consultation appointment, Jolie reserves the right to reschedule or not. Jolie is always willing to work with clients should life events require a change.

Coaching

Coaching clients hold a specific day and time on Jolie’s calendar, ongoing until coaching is no longer needed. Clients pay for sessions (4 meetings at a time). No shows will not be rescheduled. Jolie reserves the right to reschedule clients based on need and communication.
